No rush order please. Please wait 1-2 days for us to customize your order. For PERSONAL USE ONLY! Cannot be resold, shared or given away. Please keep in mind that printers and monitors display color differently. There are a lot of factors that affects color variations (monitor display, printer settings, you may be running low on ink, printer output, etc, ) so the colors you see from your screen may be a little different when printed. I will not be responsible for color variations. Please work with your printing company. These are digital designs that you print on your own or have them printed at a local printing shop. I only customize/personalize and provide the design for you in digital form and printing is your responsibility. Licensing and credit: Use it for personal use only. Do not resell this product. All copyrights and trademarks of the character images used belong to their respective owners and are not being sold. This is not a licensed product. You are paying for my time and customization of your item(s), I do not claim ownership to any of the characters/graphics. All cards/invitations/products are for personal use only. You may not forward, share, sell or distribute the file(s), in whole or in part. They are for non-commercial use only.
For digital orders: We do unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the designs. Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final. There is no return or exchange. Please convo/message us here if you have any issues or concerns with your order and we will do our best to find a solution.
* For personalized orders. Please wait 1-2 days for us to customize your order. We will start customizing your order once we received your payment. We will send the files to your email once we're done. *For non-customize order Please wait within a day (usually within 2 hours) for you to receive your file(s) to your email (files will be sent out automatically to your email after checkout). Items may ship from various locations, depending on stock and fulfillment requirements.
Fulfillments may come from Toronto, Ontario (Canada), Buffalo, New York (United States), Prague (Czechia).
Packages ship via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority to the United States, Canada Post Expedited Parcels (Canada), or SPRING (international).
We use Direct To Garment Printing (DTG) to produce your orders.
Our maximum printing area is 11" by 15" (or 2200px by 3000px).
